- Abstract
- 본 발명은 고온 처리 바실러스 배양액의 종자 프라이밍을 통한 식물 면역반응 유도 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 선발한 바실러스 속 균주 PB69 및 1628의 고압 멸균 배양액은 식물의 전신유도저항성 (induced systemic resistance)을 유도하는 BTH (benzothiadiazole)와 유사한 효과를 나타내며, 식물의 생장 촉진을 유도하고 식물병 방제에도 효과가 있기 때문에 작물의 생산성 향상에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
