- Abstract
- 본 발명은 생물 시료로부터 핵산을 정제하는 흡착제에 있어서, 제올라이트, 활성탄, 벤토나이트, 백토 및 황토로 이루어진 군으로부터 어느 하나이상을 포함하는 핵산 정제용 흡착제, 이를 포함하는 정제용 컬럼, 정제용 키트 및 그 흡착제를 이용한 정제방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 흡착제는 별도의 복잡하고 긴 시간의 원심분리 공정을 거치지 않고 신속하게 생물시료로부터 비핵산물질을 분리해낼 수 있어 고수율의 핵산을 용이하게 수득할 수 있다.
