- Abstract
- 본 발명은 AGR2(Anterior Gradient 2) 다이머(dimer)의 특이적 저해제를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 결장선암, 대장암, 위암, 유방암, 췌장암, 전립선암, 식도암, 간암 및 폐암 등의 전이성 종양에서 과발현되는 AGR2는 암 세포주에서 이황화 결합을 통해 호모-다이머 형태로 존재하고, 상기 AGR2 다이머가 소포체 스트레스로 인한 세포 사멸을 약화시키고 BiP/GRP78과 상호 작용하므로, 상기 AGR2 다이머의 특이적 저해제 또는 항체를 암 진단 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
