| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 C12orf59 단백질의 단편을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 대장암 세포주에 본 발명의 C12orf59 단백질 아형 1 및 2의 세포외도메인에서 유래한 펩타이드 10종을 처리한 경우, 대장암세포의 침윤 억제능이 우수하고, 세포-미부착 조건 하에서 대장암세포의 생존 비율이 유의적으로 더욱 감소하며, 기존에 알려진 C12orf59 단백질 및 이의 단편과 비교하여 현저한 종양 억제 활성을 나타냄으로써, 본 발명의 C12orf59 유래 펩타이드는 암 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 유용하게 이용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 이를 이용한 암 치료제 후보 물질을 스크리닝하는 방법 또는 다양한 암 종의 전이 진단 또는 병기 예측을 위한 임상 마커로 유용하게 이용할 수 있다. | - |
