| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 천식의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 천식의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물은, 생쥐 T 세포 림프종 세포인 EL-4 세포에서 IL-4의 발현을 억제하고, 천식유발 동물모델에서 기도과민성을 경감시키며, 기관지 내 염증세포 침윤을 억제한다. 또한, 본 발명의 화합물들은, 혈청과 기관지 폐포 세척액 내의 IgE 생성을 억제하고, 폐에서 Th2 사이토카인(IL-4, IL-5 및 IL-13)의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수한 바, 현재 사용되는 천식치료제의 부작용을 극복하고, 독성이 없으면서 치료효과가 탁월한 화합물로서 천식 예방, 치료 및 개선용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
