- Abstract
- 본 발명은 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는, 만성폐쇄성 폐질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물, 만성폐쇄성 폐질환의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 모노아세틸디아실글리세롤 화합물은, EL-4 세포에서 IL-4의 발현을 억제하고, 동물모델에서 기관지 내 염증세포 침윤을 억제한다. 또한, 본 발명의 화합물들은, CXCL-1, TNF-α 또는 MIP-2의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수한 바, 현재 사용되는 만성폐쇄성 폐질환 치료제의 부작용을 극복하고, 독성이 없으면서 치료효과가 탁월한 화합물로서 만성폐쇄성 폐질환 예방, 치료 및 개선용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
