- Abstract
- 본 발명은 재조합 미생물을 이용한 L형 2,3-부탄디올 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 meso형 2,3-부탄디올 생성에 관여하는 효소의 유전자가 결실되어 있고, L형 2,3-부탄디올 생성에 관여하는 효소의 유전자가 증폭되어 있는 변이 미생물을 이용하여 L형 2,3-부탄디올을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 변이 미생물을 배양하여 L형 2,3-부탄디올을 고수율로 제조할 수 있다.
