- 본 발명은 필라그린(filaggrin) 유전자 돌연변이 핵산 서열에 상보적으로 결합하는 프로브 및 이를 이용한 필라그린 유전자 돌연변이 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 필라그린 유전자에 상보적으로 결합하는 PNA 프로브를 제조하고 정상형과 돌연변이형의 결합력의 차이를 이용한 FMCA를 사용하여 필라그린 유전자 돌연변이를 간단하고 신속하며 정확하게 판별할 수 있는 편리함을 제공함으로써, 아토피 피부염 환자의 병인학적 요인진단이 가능해지고, 특히 출생 직 후인 영유아 시기에 아토피 피부염 발병 가능성을 신속히 진단하여 발병률을 저하시킬 수 있다
