dc.description.abstractThe present invention relates to a new gene fragment derived from Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell for enhancement of recombinant protein expression in animal cells and a use thereof. It has been found that using the vector comprising a gene fragment of the present invention enhances the expression of a target protein in animal cells. Accordingly, the vector comprising a gene fragment of the present invention could be usefully used in the production of biopharmaceuticals such as therapeutic antibodies, etc.-
