- Abstract
- 본 발명의 T 세포 및 B 세포 면역결핍 세포주는 T 세포 및 B 세포 면역결핍과 연관된 IL2RG(Interleukin2 receptor, gamma) 유전자를 RGEN(RNA-guided Endonuclease) 시스템을 이용하여 표적 염기서열을 선택하여 IL2RG 돌연변이를 발현하는 표적 벡터를 제작하였고, 상동 재조합에 의해 형질전환된 세포를 선별하여 T 세포 및 B 세포 면역결핍 세포주를 구축함으로써, 상기 T 세포 및 B 세포 면역결핍 세포주를 면역 거부 반응을 극복하는 이종장기이식용 돼지에 형질전환하여, 이종장기이식시 면역 거부 반응을 극복하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
