- 본 발명은 변형 외막소포체 및 상기 변형 외막소포체를 포함하는 항감염성 면역증강용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 변형 외막소포체는 즉각적으로 선천성 면역반응을 증강시키는 효과가 우수하며 내독소로 작용할 가능성이 매우 낮아 안전하다. 따라서 응급 백신으로 사용할 수 있고, 또한 다른 면역원과 혼합하여 혼합 백신으로 사용할 수 있다.
