- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다기능 셀룰라아제(multifunctional cellulase)의 세포표면 발현방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 소의 루멘(rumen) 부유물에서 추출한 메타게놈 라이브러리로부터 로봇 기반의 초고속 탐색 시스템을 이용하여 스크리닝한, 엑소-셀룰라아제, 엔도-셀룰라아제 및 β-글루코시다아제의 기능을 모두 가지고 있는 다기능 셀룰라아제를 세포 외막 단백질 C(Omp C)를 부착 모티프로 하여 대장균의 세포표면에 발현하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
