- Abstract
- 본 발명은 아세트산의 대사 능력이 향상된 미생물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 야생형 미생물에 patZ, cspC, mukB, lomR 및 yhjE로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 유전자가 돌연변이되어 아세트산을 유일 탄소원으로 이용할 수 있는 돌연변이 미생물, 바람직하게는 대장균에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 돌연변이 미생물은 아세트산을 유일 탄소원으로 이용하여 성장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 아세트산으로부터 재조합 단백질 및 부탄올과 같은 산업적으로 유용한 목적 물질의 제조에도 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
