| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 카로티노이드 계열의 항산화 색소 및 DHA를 포함한 바이오오일을 고생산하는 돌연변이 미세조류인 스키조키트리움 속 SHG104 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 균주는 고품질의 바이오오일인 DHA(Docosahexaenoic acid, 22:6)를 포함한 오메가-3 오일 및 팔미트산의 바이오오일과 강력한 카로티노이드계 항산화물질인 베타카로틴, 에키네논, 칸타잔틴 및 아스타잔을 동시에 생산할 수 있고, 우수한 생산수율을 보이는 것으로 나타나 생산 비용 절감 효과를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, DHA를 포함한 오메가-3 오일 및 팔미트산 바이오오일과 강력한 카로티노이드계 베타카로틴, 에키네논, 칸타잔틴 및 아스타잔틴 항산화 기능성물질 등을 동시에 활용함으로써 고부가가치 산업과 바이오오일 산업의 시장 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
