- 본 발명은 ALP 검출용 근적외선 형광 프로브 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 ALP를 검출할 수 있는 형광 프로브는 신속하고 정확하게 ALP만을 선택적으로 검출이 가능한 효과를 가진다. 또한, 생체 내 비침습적인 영상을 이용하여 세포 및 조직의 깊은 곳에서 진행되는 생물학적인 현상을 실시간으로 관찰할 수 있다.
