- Abstract
- 본 발명은 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 염기서열로 이루어진 에틀리아 속 미세조류 유래 프로모터, 상기 프로모터를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 미세조류 및 상기 재조합 벡터로 미세조류를 형질전환하여 목적 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자를 과발현시키는 단계를 포함하는, 미세조류에서 목적 단백질을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 재조합 벡터는 미세조류에 도입된 외래 유전자가 보다 안정적으로 발현되고, 형질전환된 미세조류를 보다 용이하게 선별할 수 있도록 한다.
