| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 병원성 세균을 특이적으로 판별하기 위한 프라이머 세트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서 개발한 프라이머 세트는 엔테로박테리아과의 다양한 세균 군집에서 클렙시엘라 뉴모니애만을 신속하고 특이적으로 검출할 수 있고, 아시네토박터 복합체에서 아시네토박터 바우마니만을 신속하고 특이적으로 검출할 수 있어 기존의 검출용 바이오마커에 비해 병원성 세균의 우수한 검출 특이도 및 시간적, 경제적인 절감효과를 기대할 수 있어 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. | - |
