- Abstract
- 본 발명은 보풀 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 아토피 피부염의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보풀(Sagittaria aginashi Makino) 추출물이 TSLP의 발현을 억제하고, 아토피 피부염이 유발된 마우스에서 아토피 피부염을 개선하는 효과가 있다는 것을 확인하였으며, 보풀 추출물 및 쿠세놀 F의 혼합물을 처리하였을 때, 보풀 추출물 또는 쿠세놀 F를 단독으로 처리하는 것에 비해 더욱 증진된 TSLP 발현 저해효과를 나타내므로, 본 발명의 조성물은 아토피 피부염의 치료제, 아토피 피부염 개선용 화장품 또는 건강기능식품의 소재로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
