- 본 발명은 고구마(Ipomoea batatas) 유래 Orange 단백질의 96번째 아미노산이 아르기닌에서 히스티딘으로 치환된 IbOr-R96H 변이체 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 IbOr-R96H 변이체는 식물체의 카로티노이드 함량을 현저히 증진시킬 수 있으며, 고온 스트레스 저항성을 부여할 수 있다.
