- 본 발명은 신규한 자일라나제 단백질, 이의 분리된 리신(RICIN) 도메인(ricin-type beta-trefoil lectin domain-like(RICIN) domain), 상기 자일라나제 단백질을 포함하는 사료 및 이를 이용한 헤미셀룰로오스 분해 생성물의 제조방법 또는 사료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 리신(RICIN) 도메인을 포함하는 재조합 자일라나제의 경우 비수용성 사료 기질의 활용도 증진에 경쟁력을 제공할 수 있다.
