| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 일 측면에서 기판; 상기 기판에 배치되는 그래핀 채널층; 상기 그래핀 채널층의 양단에 이격되어 배치되는 한 쌍의 금속; 및 상기 그래핀 채널층 상에 배치되고 N-헤테로사이클릭 카벤 화합물로 이루어진 링커층을 포함하는 지카 바이러스 검출용 센서가 제공된다. 본 발명의 지카 바이러스 검출용 센서는 그래핀 채널층 표면에 N-헤테로사이클릭 카벤 화합물을 링커층으로 도입함으로써 원치 않은 바이오 물질이 그래핀에 직접적으로 붙어 검출 신호를 보이는 비특이적 결합을 막아주는 역할을 수행할 수 있어 센서의 민감도 및 선택성이 우수한 효과가 있다. | - |
