| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 메르스 코로나바이러스(MERS-CoV) 핵단백질의 전장 단백질 유전자 및 이를 포함하는 MERS-CoV 감염 예방용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 서열번호 1로 표시되는 MERS-CoV 핵단백질의 전장 단백질 유전자 항원은 대장균에서 대량 생산이 가능하다. 또한, 상기 항원이 공격 접종된 동물모델은 MERS-CoV에 대한 방어능력을 나타내므로, MERS-CoV 예방에 널리 활용될 수 있다. | - |
