| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 한국 서해에서 분리한 새로운 단세포성 미세녹조류를 발굴하여, 분리주의 생화학적, 분자적 및 형태학적 특성에 대한 분석을 한 결과 로보스페라 인시사(Lobosphaera incisa) K-1으로 분류되었고, 지질에 있는 아라키돈산(C20:4ω6) 조성이 상대적으로 매우 높은 것을 확인하였다. 또한 알파-리놀레닉산(C18:3ω3)과 에이코사펜타엔산(C20:5ω3)을 포함하는 오메가-3 계열의 지방산 비율이 높았으며, 이는 생물공학 응용에 대한 신규성과 고부가가치 물질로 분류되는 오메가-3 또는 오메가-6 다중불포화지방산(PUFAs)의 생산에 매우 유용할 것임을 확인하였다. | - |
