| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 신규한 아스퍼질러스 오리재 GBE174 균주(균주 수탁번호: KCTC 13526BP), 상기 균주를 이용한 인삼열매 발효 추출물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명으로부터 제공되는 아스퍼질러스 오리재 GBE174(균주 수탁번호: KCTC 13526BP)를 인삼열매추출물에 접종하여 배양할 경우, 인삼열매 추출물에 포함되어 있는 진세노사이드 Re를 완전히 분해하여 진세노사이드 Rg1과 F1으로 전환시킴으로써 보다 간단하게 minor 진세노사이드 F1의 함량이 현저하게 증진된 인삼열매 발효 추출물을 얻을 수 있다. | - |
