- Abstract
- 본 발명은 사료첨가용 효소제인 고활성의 자일라나제를 효모를 이용하여 대량생산하기 위하여 자연형(wild type) 보다 활성이 개선된 자일라나제 변이체를 개발하고 이를 효모 TFP 기술을 이용하여 재조합 대량 분비 생산하는 것이다. 또한 재조합 생산된 자일라나제의 열안정성을 향상 시키기 위하여 바이오폴리머인 레반을 첨가제로 사용하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
