| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비만의 예방 또는 치료 효과를 가지는 신규 비피도박테리움 롱검 균주 또는 락토바실러스 람노서스 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 유산균 비피도박테리움 롱검(Bifidobacterium longum) 균주 및 락토바실러스 람노서스(Lactobacillus rhamnosus) 균주 각각의 처리는 백색지방세포의 갈색지방화를 야기하였으며, 특히, 베이지 지방세포 및 갈색 지방세포 특이적인 유전자의 발현이 비처리 대조구에 비해 현저히 증가하는 효과를 확인하였다. 또한 고지방식이 비만마우스 실험 결과 각 균주는 음성대조군 대비 현저한 체중 증가 억제 효과를 나타내었으며 마우스의 백색지방세포에서 발열 특이 유전자의 발현 증가 효과를 확인하였다. 따라서, 유산균 비피도박테리움 롱검 균주 및 락토바실러스 람노서스 균주 각각은 항비만 효과를 나타내므로, 비만의 예방이나 치료를 위한 식품, 의약품 또는 사료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있어, 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. | - |
