- 본 발명은 murI 유전자가 결실된 D-글루타메이트 영양요구성 변이형 대장균, 이의 제조 방법 및 상기 대장균을 이용한 목적 물질 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 D-글루타메이트 영양요구성 대장균은 복귀돌연변이체가 적고, 플라스미드 안정성 및 단백질 생산성이 높게 유지되어, 항생제 사용 없이도 효과적으로 유용한 산물을 생산할 수 있는 것으로, 단백질을 포함한 유용 산물의 청정 생산에 응용이 가능하다.
