- Abstract
- 본 발명은 줄기세포에서 자연살해 세포로의 분화 조절용 유전자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 세포분화 조절제에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 줄기세포에서 전구 자연살해 세포로의 분화 조절용 유전자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 세포분화 조절제 및 SAGE 분석방법을 통하여 상기 분화 조절 유전자를 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전자는 줄기세포에서 자연살해 세포로의 분화를 조절하는 것으로 알려져 있지 않은 신규한 유전자로, 상기 유전자는 SAGE 분석방법을 통해 손쉽게 스크리닝될 수 있고, 상기 유전자를 유효성분으로 함유하는 자연살해 세포 분화 조절제는 항암제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
