- Abstract
- 본 발명은 발효를 이용한 당지질계 생물계면활성제의 대량 생산방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 캔디다 속 SY16[KCTC 8950P]로부터 대형 발효기를 이용하여 유가식 발효조건을 확립함으로써 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 생물계면활성제(MEL-SY16)를 대량 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 화학식 1에서, R1 및 R2는 서로 같거나 다른 것으로서 C6, C12 또는 C14의 사슬을 가진 포화 또는 불포화 지방산이고, R3은 아세틸기를 나타낸다.
