- 본 발명은 무당질 항체 생산용 형질전환 마우스 및 이로부터 생산된 무당질 항체의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 형질전환 마우스를 이용하면 다양한 목적 항원에 대한 무당질 항체를 손쉽게 생산할 수 있고, 생산된 무당질 항체로 당단백질 바이오마커를 정밀하게 검출하여 질병 진단의 정밀화를 도모할 수 있다.
