- Abstract
- 본 발명은 알리자린(Alizarin)을 포함하는 녹농균(Pseudomonas aeruginosa) 감염증의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물; 녹농균 감염증의 예방 또는 개선용 의약외품 조성물; 녹농균 감염증의 예방 또는 개선용 사료 조성물; 및 이를 이용한 녹농균 감염증의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알리자린을 포함하는 조성물은 녹농균의 독성물질인 ExoS의 발현 저해, ExoS로부터 감염된 숙주세포의 사이토카인 IL-1β, IL-18 및 IL-6의 생성 억제능을 가지고 있으며, 녹농균의 Type III secretion system (T3SS)로 인한 ExsA, PscF 또는 PopD 단백질의 생성 저해효과를 가지는 바, 녹농균 감염증의 예방 또는 치료 용도로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
