- Abstract
- 본 발명은 유리체 내 주입(intravitreal injection) 방법 또는 점안 투여(eye drop) 방법으로 망막층(retinal layers)의 맥락막(choroid)까지 침투가 용이한 덴드리머 기반의 망막 질환 치료용 약물의 전달체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 망막 질환 치료용 약물의 전달체는 중심핵의 말단 작용기를 안구 침투력을 향상시키는 표면작용기로 개질함에 따라서, 본 발명의 전달체가 주입에 의해 직접 또는 점안에 의해 각막(cornea)이나 공막(sclera) 등 눈의 바깥층 막을 효과적으로 통과하여 유리체강내(vitreous cavity)로 침투하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 유리체강내에서 망막층(retinal layers)의 맥락막(choroid)까지 침투하게 하는 효과가 있으므로, 망막 질환 치료용 약물의 전달체로 유용할 수 있다.
