- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규한 D-트레오닌 생산 효소에 관한 것으로서, 알칼리게네스(Alcaligenes) 속 미생물로부터 분리된 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열, 또는 서열번호 1과 90% 이상의 상동성을 가지는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 D-트레오닌 생산 효소, 및 이를 암호화 하는 유전자를 제공한다. 본 발명의 D-트레오닌 생산 효소는 종래의 효소들에 비해 친환경적이면서도 높은 수율로 D-트레오닌을 생산할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
