dc.description.abstract본 발명은 D-트레오닌을 생산할 수 있는 신규한 효소에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 효소를 이용하여 반응을 진행시킬 경우 D-트레오닌와 함께 생산될 수 있는 부분입체 이성질체인 D-알로트레오닌의 비율을 낮추고, 더 높은 순도의 D-트레오닌을 수득할 수 있는 장점이 있다.-
