| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 인플루엔자 바이러스 백신 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 인플루엔자 바이러스의 헤마글루티닌의 짧은 헬리컬 도메인(HA2SH) 및 M2 단백질의 엑토도메인(M2e)을 포함하는 융합단백질을 이용한 인플루엔자 바이러스 감염 예방용 백신 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 융합단백질은 대장균에서 대량 발현 및 정제가 가능하며, 여러 아형을 갖는 인플루엔자 바이러스들에 대한 중화항체를 효과적으로 생산할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 융합단백질은 우수한 항체 유도 효과를 나타내어 면역 유도를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 인플루엔자 바이러스 아형 및 신종 변이 인플루엔자 바이러스에 대한 방어 유도가 가능한 범용성 백신으로 활용될 수 있다. | - |
