| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 자폐 범주성 장애의 예방 또는 치료 효과를 가지는 아가토바쿨룸 속 균주 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 장내 미생물 아가토바쿨룸 속 균주는 VPA(valproic acid) 유도성 자폐증 모델 마우스 및 BTBR 자폐증 모델 마우스에 경구투여한 결과, 비처리 대조구에 비해 마우스의 반복적 행동, 과활동성, 사회성 결핍 및 인지-기억 기능 장애 행동을 포함한 자폐 범주성 장애를 현저히 개선시키는 효과를 나타내므로, 자폐 범주성 장애의 예방이나 치료를 위한 식품, 의약품 또는 사료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있어, 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다. | - |
