- Abstract
- 본 발명은 포도당에 의해 조절되는 프로모터 변이체, 이를 포함하는 벡터, 이를 포함하는 숙주세포 및 이를 이용한 단백질 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 바실러스 츄린겐시스(Bacillus thuringiensis) cry3Aa 프로모터 영역에 CRE 공통 염기서열(consensus sequence)이 포함된, 목적 단백질 발현 조절용 프로모터 변이체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 프로모터 변이체는 특정 조건에 따라 목적 단백질의 발현을 조절할 수 있어, 목적 단백질의 적절 발현량을 필요로 하는 대사공학, 생명공학 등의 분야에서 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
