- 본 발명은 IL2Rg 유전자 돌연변이 면역부전 동물모델 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비장 세포에서 T, B 및 NK 세포의 결실에 의하여 동물의 면역부전을 유도할 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 인간 암 세포주의 효율적인 이종이식이 가능해지므로, 면역 관련 질환, 예를 들어, 암과 같은 질환에 대한 연구에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있는 동물모델의 제조가 가능하다.
