| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 노르안하이드로이카리틴(noranhydroicaritin) 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하는 심혈관 대사 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 세포에 대한 독성이 없어 안전성을 확보하면서도, PCSK9(Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9)의 생성을 억제하고, LDLR(Low density lipoprotein receptor)의 생성을 촉진하여 심혈관 대사 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물로서 활용도가 높다. 또한, 본 발명의 노르안하이드로이카리틴은 심혈관 대사 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물, 심혈관 대사 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물 및 노르안하이드로이카리틴을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물을 인간이 아닌 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 심혈관 대사 질환의 예방 또는 치료방법으로 사용할 수 있다. | - |
