| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명에 따른 수평형 전기영동장치는 전기영동 겔의 양측에 배치되고, 상기 전기영동 겔의 일측에 밀착된 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 수평형 전기영동장치는 전기영동 겔의 일측에 밀착된 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 이용함으로써, 전기영동 겔의 단면 전체에 전류가 고르게 흐르고, 이로인해 전기영동 겔의 상단과 하단에 전류 차이가 발생하는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 단백질 밴드의 분해능이 낮아지는 문제를 해결할 수 있다. | - |
