| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 3차원 배양법을 이용하여 간 기능이 향상되고, 약물대사에 적합한 간-스페로이드 및 간-오가노이드를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 간조직의 미세환경을 보다 더 잘 구현한 조건에서 간-스페로이드 및 간-오가노이드를 배양하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 전단응력 조건하에서 간전구체를 배양할 경우, 간 기능이 향상된 간-스페로이드 및 간-오가노이드를 효과적으로 대량 생산할 수 있다. 이렇게 제조된 간-스페로이드 및 간-오가노이드는 인체의 간 조직과 유사한 특성을 가지므로, 간독성시험 생체외 연구에 활용될 수 있다. | - |
