| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 아랄리아 엑셀사(Aralia excelsa, SE) 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항비만 및 항당뇨 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 아랄리아 엑셀사 추출물 및 분획물은 in vitro에서 지방세포로의 분화와 당 흡수(glucoseuptake)를 저해하였고, in vivo에서 OGTT(Oral glucose tolerance test) 평가결과 항당뇨 효능이 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서, 본 발명의 아랄리아 엑셀사 추출물 또는 이의 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 조성물은 항비만 및 항당뇨 효과를 나타내므로, 비만 또는 당뇨의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. | - |
