dc.description.abstract본 발명은 IGF-1 유전자 돌연변이 왜소증 동물모델 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 출생 직후 사망하는 문제가 개선되었고, 라론 증후군 환자들에서 보이는 대다수의 표현형의 관찰이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 성격유전자의 감소된 발현을 나타내므로, 왜소증 관련 질환 모델 용도로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.-
