- 본 발명은 급성골수성백혈병(Acute myeloid leukemia, AML) 또는 골수형성이 상증후군(Myelodysplastic syndrome, MDS) 치료용 약학 조성물, 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군 재발의 위험성을 예측하기 위한 조성물에 대한 것이다. 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군에 대한 치료 효과가 우수하다. 또한, 본 발명의 약학 조성물은 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군의 재발을 예방하기 위해 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 개체의 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군에 대한 예후, 또는 급성골수성백혈병 또는 골수형성이상증후군 재발의 위험성을 간단히 진단하기 위해 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.
