- 본 발명은 표적에 결합 가능한 결합부와 캐리어 단백질을 포함하는 융합 단백질 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 융합 단백질은 조골세포 및 수산화인회석 중 적어도 어느 하나에 결합 가능한 결합부; 및 캐리어 단백질;을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 융합 단백질을 이용하면 골 이미징이 가능한 효과를 나타낼 수 있다.
