- 본 발명은 신규한 세라마이드 전구물질 생산용 효모 변이 균주 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 피키아 시페라이(Pichia ciferrii)에서 세라마이드 생산을 위한 대사경로의 재설계를 통해 제조된 스핑고리피드 대사산물을 과발현할 수 있도록 유전자 조작된 피키아 시페라이 변이 균주 또는 상기 변이 균주의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
