- 본 발명은 EML4-ALK 양성 비소세포폐암 환자의 치료 약물 선택을 위한 정보제공 방법 및 ALK 저해제 내성 비소세포폐암 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 환자로부터 제공된 생물학적 시료에서 CDA(cytidine deaminase)의 발현 수준 및 메틸화 수준을 측정하는 단계를 포함하는 EML4-ALK 양성 비소세포폐암 환자의 치료 약물 선택을 위한 정보 제공 방법, 및 디옥시시티딘 유사체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 유효성분으로 포함하는 ALK 저해제에 내성을 획득한 비소세포폐암 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
