- Abstract
- 본 발명은 신규 (-)-알파-비사볼올(bisabolol) 합성효소 및 이를 이용한 (-)-알파-비사볼올 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로, 상기 효소를 포함하는 비사볼올 합성용 조성물; 상기 효소를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 비사볼올 제조 방법; 및 상기 효소를 발현하는 숙주 세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 비사볼올 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규 (-)-알파-비사볼올 합성효소 및 이를 이용한 (-)-알파 비사볼올 생산방법은, 기존 합성효소에 비해 (-)-알파 비사볼올 합성량이 증가되는 효과가 있다.
