- Abstract
- 본 발명은 엘리오카퍼스 페티오라투스(Elaeocarpus petiolatus) 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리된 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 심혈관대사질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물; 심혈관대사질환의 예방 또는 개선용 식품 조성물; 및 이를 이용한 심혈관대사질환의 예방 또는 치료방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 엘리오카퍼스 페티오라투스(Elaeocarpus petiolatus) 추출물, 이의 분획물 또는 이로부터 분리된 화합물을 포함하는 조성물은 리지스틴-캪1의 결합을 억제하여 종양괴사인자의 생성을 저해함으로써 심혈관의 염증을 저해하는 활성을 가지는 바, 심혈관대사질환의 예방 또는 치료 용도로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
