| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 작약 추출물의 유산균 발효물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 당뇨병의 예방, 개선, 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 작약 추출물의 유산균 발효물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 당뇨병의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 식품 조성물 및 패오니플로린의 전환 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 작약 추출물 유산균 발효물은 포도당을 근육세포로 이동시켜 포도당 흡수율을 효과적으로 증가시킬 수 있고, 천연 소재인 작약과 김치 유래의 유산균을 사용하여 인체에 부작용이 없으므로, 당뇨병의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 식품 및 의약품에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. | - |
